2. Data We Collect
2.1 Website visits
When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits technical information (IP address, date, time, browser type). This data is used solely to provide the website and is not linked to other data.
2.2 Account registration
To use logidayz.com, you register with an email address and password. Authentication is handled by Supabase (Supabase Inc., Oakland, CA, USA), which processes your email and encrypted password. You may also sign in via Google OAuth.
2.3 App data
Data you create in the app (routines, habits, sequences, goals and daily logs) is stored in our Supabase database and used solely to provide the service. We do not sell this data or disclose it for third-party advertising. Data is stored in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany) region.
2.4 Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Stripe processes contact and billing details, payment and transaction information, and technical data for payment processing and fraud prevention. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We do not store complete card details; Stripe processes them directly. See the Stripe Privacy Policy for details.
2.5 Email reminders
If you enable email reminders (Pro feature), your email is processed by Resend for delivery.
2.6 Google Calendar
If you voluntarily connect Google Calendar, Logidayz reads your calendar events through the Google Calendar API to display them in your daily schedule. Logidayz requests read-only access and never changes or deletes events. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted. You can disconnect the calendar at any time in Settings.
2.7 Support requests and data export
If you use the support form, we store your email address, category, subject, message, processing status and plan so we can handle your request. We use Resend to notify you of status changes. Your email address, ticket number, subject and new processing status are sent to Resend; the content of your support message is not transmitted. The export feature in Settings lets you download a copy of your stored account data as JSON or selected areas as CSV.
2.8 Online withdrawal
When you use the public withdrawal function, we process only your name, order or contract number, email address, and the date and time received. These details are required to identify, process and document your withdrawal. Resend sends the immediate acknowledgement to you and a copy to us. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
3. Legal Bases
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Performance of the contract
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent (email/push notifications)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interests (security, operations)
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port your data, as well as to object to processing. Contact us at info@ablekom.de.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use only technically necessary cookies (authentication session). Language preference, color scheme, and trial start date are stored in localStorage. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
6. Infrastructure
- Frontend: Vercel Inc., San Francisco, CA (EU CDN nodes, EU-US DPF certified)
- Database & Auth: Supabase Inc., Frankfurt region
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed. Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) – each user can only access their own data.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app settings. Alternatively, request deletion by emailing info@ablekom.de; email requests are completed within 14 days.
9. Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The relevant authority is the LDI NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia), Germany: www.ldi.nrw.de.
