Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the web application logidayz.com, operated by Marko Leßenich, Ablekom IT-Service, Diemelweg 23, 50765 Cologne, Germany (“Provider”). By registering, you accept these Terms.

2. Service Description

logidayz.com is a Software-as-a-Service application for personal growth, habit tracking and daily structure. The service includes:

  • Trial period (14 days): Full access to all features at no charge
  • Pro access: Continued access after the trial as a monthly plan, annual plan, or lifetime purchase

3. Registration

A valid email address is required to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. The Provider may suspend accounts in case of violations of these Terms.

4. Trial Period and Pricing

Trial: New users receive 14 days of full access with no payment required and no credit card needed.

Pro subscription after trial:

  • Monthly: €7.99 / month
  • Annual: €59.99 / year (equivalent to approximately €5.00 / month)
  • Lifetime: a one-time €149.99 payment for permanent access to the current Logidayz app

All prices include VAT where applicable. The Provider reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. At your express request, service may commence before the withdrawal period ends. For a paid service, the right expires upon full performance if you expressly consented to early commencement and acknowledged that consequence.

We also voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. You can use our online withdrawal function, which immediately sends an acknowledgement containing your statement and its date and time. Alternatively, contact info@ablekom.de.

7. Usage Rights and Content

The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. All data you enter remains your property. You grant the Provider the right to process this data solely to provide the service.

The following uses are prohibited: automated access, reverse engineering, sharing login credentials, or commercial use without permission.

8. Availability

The Provider targets 99% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. No legal right to uninterrupted availability exists.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for damages to life, body or health, and for intentional or grossly negligent breaches. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. logidayz.com is not a substitute for professional advice(medical, therapeutic, or psychological).

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. The Provider may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious violations of these Terms. Data is deleted 30 days after termination.

11. Changes to Terms

The Provider may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
